Built with faux brick carefully matched to the client’s original brickwork, the structure feels like a natural continuation of the home—not an addition.

The layout was designed for both entertaining and everyday use, featuring:

• Countertop seating for gathering and hosting

• Dual TV setup for game days and outdoor movie nights

• Two built-in refrigerators for convenience and capacity

• A wood-fired pizza oven for elevated outdoor cooking

• 5-burner grill, double griddles, and a dedicated stovetop burner

• Full sink and prep area

• Extensive built-in storage throughout
